Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup Shallots
  • 5 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom mezhukkupuratty, grind small onions and dry red chillies to a fine paste.
  • Splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves and the above ground paste.
  • Add in the mushrooms and salt. Allow it to cook till the water drains.
  • Mushroom mezhukkupuratty is ready. Serve hot.
