Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Fish cubes
  • 1 no Tomato cubed
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Ajwain Ayamodakam
  • 1 tsp Roasted gram flour Kadala mavu
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves paste
  • 2 tsp Green chilly paste
  • 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi Uluva ela
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Mustard oil
  • 1 no Capsicum cubed
  • 1 no Onion cubed

Instructions
 

  • For preparing special fish tikka, mix together all the ingredients: ginger paste, garlic paste, curd, ajwain, roasted gram flour, turmeric powder, coriander paste, green chilly paste, kasuri methi, salt and oil.
  • Marinate the fish in this paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Insert the fish and vegetables in a skewer and cook it in an electric griller or in an oven.
  • Apply butter on it at intervals.
  • Serve hot.
