For preparing dal stuffed potato, cut a small piece from the top of the potato. Make a small hole to stuff the masala.
Cook the inside portion of potato in salt and water for some time.
Take a vessel and cook the dal with turmeric powder and salt.
In another vessel heat oil, fry coriander leaves, chilly powder, pepper, green chilly, cooked portion of the potato and cooked dal.
Stuff this masala in the potatoes. Steam cook the stuffed potatoes for some time. Remove it.
Dip it in maida then in bread crumbs and deep fry it in oil.
Dal stuffed potato is ready. Serve hot.
