Ingredients
- Potatoes(peeled) - 3 nos
- Yellow lentils/Dal - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- All purpose flour(As reqd, Maida) -
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Take a vessel and cook the dal with turmeric powder and salt.
- Stuff this masala in the potatoes. Steam cook the stuffed potatoes for some time. Remove it.
- Dip it in maida then in bread crumbs and deep fry it in oil.
- Dal stuffed potato is ready. Serve hot.
