Stuffed Egg Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Egg
  • 2 nos Onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 4 nos Green chilly finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Curry leaves finely chopped
  • 300 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 100 g Basen flour Kadala mavu
  • Water As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing stuffed egg, boil eggs and cut into halves. Separate the yolks and the white.
  • Fry onions, ginger, green chilly and salt in oil.
  • Then add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves and egg yolks. Mix it well. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
  • Make small balls out of the mixture and stuff it in the eggs. Keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl, mix in maida, salt, besan flour and a little water.
  • Dip the stuffed eggs in the batter and fry it in oil.
  • Stuffed egg¦s are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup.
