For preparing stuffed egg, boil eggs and cut into halves. Separate the yolks and the white.
Fry onions, ginger, green chilly and salt in oil.
Then add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves and egg yolks. Mix it well. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
Make small balls out of the mixture and stuff it in the eggs. Keep it aside.
Take a bowl, mix in maida, salt, besan flour and a little water.
Dip the stuffed eggs in the batter and fry it in oil.
Stuffed egg¦s are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup.
