- Egg - 5 nos
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/4 tsp
- Green chilly(finely chopped) - 4 nos
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) -
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 300 g
- Basen flour(Kadala mavu) - 100 g
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing stuffed egg, boil eggs and cut into halves. Separate the yolks and the white.
- Then add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves and egg yolks. Mix it well. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
- Make small balls out of the mixture and stuff it in the eggs. Keep it aside.
- Dip the stuffed eggs in the batter and fry it in oil.
