For preparing spicy aloo palak, first boil spinach in water.
Grind spinach and green chillies together.
In a pan heat oil.
Add onion, cumin seeds and ginger-garlic paste.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric and chilly powder.
Add mashed potato and fry well.
Add the spinach paste and fry again.
Pour little water and boil.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.
Remove from flame and serve hot.
Spicy aloo palak is ready.
