Chilly Onion Fry
A tasty recipe to use as stuffing in dosa or a side dish with idly

- 3 nos Onion chopped
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- Salt As reqd
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Oil As reqd
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
For preparing chilly onion fry, first heat little oil in kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds. Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
When the color starts to change, add the chilly powder, salt and sugar.
Simmer the flame and fry it till it becomes crispy.
This can be used as a stuffing inside dosa(like masala dosa) or a side dish for idly.
