Chicken Carrot Pulav

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Chicken
  • 2 cups Carrot grated
  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 3 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken carrot pulav, cook the chicken with required salt and pepper. Remove bones and chop it.
  • Fry carrot and pepper powder in butter.
  • Add sugar and fry again.
  • Add the rice to it and roast for 2 min.
  • Add chicken, coriander leaves and boil well.
  • When the water boils, reduce flame and cook the rice well.
  • Take it from flame when the rice gets cooked and the water is drained.
  • Chicken carrot pulav is ready. Serve hot.
