1/2 cup Chicken2 cups Carrot (grated)2 cups Basmati rice2 tbsp Butter3/4 tsp Pepper powder3 1/2 cup Water1 tsp SugarCoriander leaves (to garnish) For preparing chicken carrot pulav, cook the chicken with required salt and pepper. Remove bones and chop it.Fry carrot and pepper powder in butter.Add sugar and fry again.Add the rice to it and roast for 2 min.Add chicken, coriander leaves and boil well.When the water boils, reduce flame and cook the rice well.Take it from flame when the rice gets cooked and the water is drained.Chicken carrot pulav is ready.
