Fenugreek leaves, wheat flour and other ingredients are made into a dough

- 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves chopped, Uluva ela
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- Water As reqd
For preparing methi chappathi, fry fenugreek leaves in 1 tsp of oil and mix it with wheat flour.
Knead all the ingredients well, as for chappathi dough.
Roll out to make chappathi¦s.
Heat the chappathi¦s on both the sides and then heat it directly on the flame.
Methi chappathi is ready. Serve hot with vegetable stew.
