Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves chopped, Uluva ela
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing methi chappathi, fry fenugreek leaves in 1 tsp of oil and mix it with wheat flour.
  • Knead all the ingredients well, as for chappathi dough.
  • Roll out to make chappathi¦s.
  • Heat the chappathi¦s on both the sides and then heat it directly on the flame.
  • Methi chappathi is ready. Serve hot with vegetable stew.
