Kadai Paneer Restaurant Style

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Paneer cut lengthwise
  • 1 no Capsicum sliced
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 3/4 tsp Kasoori methi Uluva ela
  • 2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 3 nos Tomato chopped
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Garam masala

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kadai paneer, heat ghee and saute garlic and capsicum.
  • Add coriander powder, chilly powder, ginger, green chillies and tomato.
  • Add kasoori methi and salt.
  • Add paneer to the mixture and mix well.(Sprinkle water)
  • When paneer is cooked, add garam masala and coriander leaves.
  • Kadai paneer is ready.
