Garam masala
Instructions
For preparing kadai paneer, heat ghee and saute garlic and capsicum.
Add coriander powder, chilly powder, ginger, green chillies and tomato.
Add kasoori methi and salt.
Add paneer to the mixture and mix well.(Sprinkle water)
When paneer is cooked, add garam masala and coriander leaves.
Kadai paneer is ready.
