Coriander leaves
As reqd

Garam masala
Instructions
For preparing kadai paneer, heat
ghee
and saute
garlic
and
capsicum
.
Add
coriander powder
, chilly powder,
ginger
,
green chillies
and
tomato
.
Add kasoori methi and
salt
.
Add paneer to the mixture and mix well.(Sprinkle
water
)
When paneer is cooked, add
garam masala
and coriander leaves.
Kadai paneer is ready.
