Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Nedrakka thol Raw banana skin
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp Urad dal Uzhunu parippu
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • For preparing nendrakka thol poduthuval, cut raw banana skin into small pieces.
  • Fry mustard seeds and urad dal in coconut oil.
  • Add the banana skin into it.
  • Cook with required water.
  • Add turmeric powder and salt.
  • Grind grated coconut and green chillies
  • Add the ground item to the raw banana skin and mix well. Fry for few minutes.
  • Nendrakka tholu poduthuval is ready.
