1/2 kg Nedrakka thol (Raw banana skin)2 tbsp Coconut oil1 tsp Mustard seeds2 tsp Urad dal (Uzhunu parippu)1 cup Coconut (grated)3 nos Green chillies1 tsp Turmeric powder3 tsp Salt For preparing nendrakka thol poduthuval, cut raw banana skin into small pieces.Fry mustard seeds and urad dal in coconut oil.Add the banana skin into it.Cook with required water.Add turmeric powder and salt.Grind grated coconut and green chilliesAdd the ground item to the raw banana skin and mix well.
