- Nedrakka thol(Raw banana skin) - 1/2 kg
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal(Uzhunu parippu) - 2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 3 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing nendrakka thol poduthuval, cut raw banana skin into small pieces.
- Fry mustard seeds and urad dal in coconut oil.
- Add the banana skin into it.
- Cook with required water.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- Grind grated coconut and green chillies
- Add the ground item to the raw banana skin and mix well. Fry for few minutes.
- Nendrakka tholu poduthuval is ready.
