Tamil Dosai - Brahmin Special

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Boiled rice
  • 1 cup Raw rice
  • 1 cup Urad dal
  • Gingelly oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tamil dosai, soak in water boiled rice and raw rice together. Soak in water urad dal separately for about 4 hours and grind separately.
  • After grinding, mix both of them so as to make a batter. Allow it to ferment for 8 hours.
  • Add salt.
  • Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly in round shape on a nonstick pan.
  • Add oil around it and allow it get cooked till it becomes crisp.
  • Turn sides and cook well.
  • Tamil dosai is ready.
