Rava Pulav

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Semolina Rava
  • 300 ml Ghee
  • 2-3 nos Carrot
  • 100 g Beans
  • 1 no Potato big
  • 2-3 florets Cauliflower
  • 3 leaves Cabbage
  • 100 g Green peas
  • 5 nos Onion big
  • 5-6 nos Green chillies
  • Ginger A small piece
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 4-5 springs Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing rava pulav, slice the vegetables: carrot, beans, potato, cauliflower, cabbage, onion and green chillies into small pieces.
  • Cut coriander leaves finely.
  • Smash ginger and garlic.
  • Steam and cook all the vegetables including green peas (Add a pinch salt)
  • Fry rava in ghee. Add double the quantity of boiling water and cook well adding salt.
  • In another kadai, fry onion, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and ginger. SautT well adding garam masala.
  • To this add steamed vegetables and cooked rava and mix well.
  • Add extra ghee if any and sprinkle coriander leaves.
  • Rava pulav is ready. Serve with any salad as side-dish.
