- Semolina(Rava) - 500 g
- Ghee - 300 ml
- Carrot - 2-3 nos
- Beans - 100 g
- Potato(big) - 1 no
- Cauliflower - 2-3 florets
- Cabbage - 3 leaves
- Green peas - 100 g
- Onion(big) - 5 nos
- Green chillies - 5-6 nos
- Ginger(A small piece) -
- garlic - 5-6 cloves
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Coriander leaves - 4-5 springs
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing rava pulav, slice the vegetables: carrot, beans, potato, cauliflower, cabbage, onion and green chillies into small pieces.
- Cut coriander leaves finely.
- Steam and cook all the vegetables including green peas (Add a pinch salt)
- In another kadai, fry onion, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and ginger. SautT well adding garam masala.
- To this add steamed vegetables and cooked rava and mix well.
- Add extra ghee if any and sprinkle coriander leaves.
- Rava pulav is ready. Serve with any salad as side-dish.
