Cashew Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Cashew nut soaked & ground
  • 2 nos Onion sliced
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 3 nos Green chillies split
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 cup Coconut sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 no Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 branch Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cashew masala, fry onion in oil.
  • Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves to it and fry again.
  • Then add coconut slices and ground cashew nut to it and mix well.
  • Add the sugar and 1 cup water to the mixture and cook in low flame.
  • Add coriander leaves, mix and remove it from flame.
  • Cashew nut masala is ready. Serve hot.
