Instructions
For preparing cashew masala, fry onion in oil.
Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves to it and fry again.
Then add coconut slices and ground cashew nut to it and mix well.
Add the sugar and 1 cup water to the mixture and cook in low flame.
Add coriander leaves, mix and remove it from flame.
Cashew nut masala is ready. Serve hot.
