Ingredients
- Cashew nut(soaked & ground) - 50 g
- Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -

- Green chillies(split) - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut(sliced) - 3/4 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Tomato(sliced) - 1 no
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 2 branch

Instructions
- Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves to it and fry again.
- Then add coconut slices and ground cashew nut to it and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves, mix and remove it from flame.
- Cashew nut masala is ready. Serve hot.
