For preparing tasty chicken, marinate chicken with corn flour, lime juice, chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste for 5 hours.
Refrigerate and cover the chicken with a aluminium foil.
After marination, heat 2 tbsp oil and fry chicken in it by covering with a lid.
Drain chicken from pan and keep it on a plate.
In the same pan, fry onion, green chillies and curry leaves. Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Transfer it into a serving plate.
