- Chicken boneless - 1/2 kg
- Corn flour - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 2 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 3 tsp) -
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Green chillies(split) - 4 nos
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Oil(For frying) -

Instructions
- For preparing tasty chicken, marinate chicken with corn flour, lime juice, chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste for 5 hours.
- Refrigerate and cover the chicken with a aluminium foil.
- After marination, heat 2 tbsp oil and fry chicken in it by covering with a lid.
- Drain chicken from pan and keep it on a plate.
- In the same pan, fry onion, green chillies and curry leaves. Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Transfer it into a serving plate.
- Tasty chicken is ready.
