Instructions
For preparing ambyacha bhajee, mix gram flour, chilly powder, turmeric powder, soda, corn flour, coriander seeds, cumin seed powder and salt.
Prepare a batter by adding water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the mango slices in the batter and deep fry in oil.
Ambyacha bhajee is ready. Serve hot.
