Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Mango sliced
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 cup Gram flour Kadala mavu
  • Chilly powder As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Soda powder
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed powder Jeerakam

Instructions
 

  • For preparing ambyacha bhajee, mix gram flour, chilly powder, turmeric powder, soda, corn flour, coriander seeds, cumin seed powder and salt.
  • Prepare a batter by adding water.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip the mango slices in the batter and deep fry in oil.
  • Ambyacha bhajee is ready. Serve hot.
