Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 4 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds soaked, Uluva
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious dish, clean the chicken and cut it into medium sized pieces.
  • Fry ginger, onion, garlic and green chillies in oil.
  • Add uluva to it and roast for some more time.
  • Then add coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder to it and fry again.
  • Add the chicken and stir it till its colour turns golden brown.
  • Add coconut milk to it and cook in low flame.
  • When the gravy boils add the vinegar and cook in low flame for some more time.
  • Serve hot.
