- Chicken - 1 kg
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- garlic(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Fenugreek seeds(soaked, Uluva) - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
- Vinegar - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing the delicious dish, clean the chicken and cut it into medium sized pieces.
- Fry ginger, onion, garlic and green chillies in oil.
- Add uluva to it and roast for some more time.
- Then add coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder to it and fry again.
- Add the chicken and stir it till its colour turns golden brown.
- When the gravy boils add the vinegar and cook in low flame for some more time.
- Serve hot.
