Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice cooked
  • 1/2 cup Gram flour kadala podi
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing rice pakoras, mix rice, gram flour, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, chaat masala and salt.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water to the mixture to make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a china dish.
  • Spoon the batter with a tablespoon into the oil and fry till golden brown in colour.
  • Drain in an absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
  • Fry once more in hot oil for some time.
  • Rice pakoras are ready. Serve hot with any chutney.
