2 cups Rice (cooked)1/2 cup Gram flour (kadala podi)1 no Onion (chopped)3 nos Green chillies (chopped)1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)1 tsp Chaat masalaSalt (As reqd)Oil (As reqd) For preparing rice pakoras, mix rice, gram flour, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, chaat masala and salt.Add 1/4 cup of water to the mixture to make a thick batter.Heat oil in a china dish.Spoon the batter with a tablespoon into the oil and fry till golden brown in colour.Drain in an absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.Fry once more in hot oil for some time.Rice pakoras are ready.
