Paneer - Green Peas Kuruma

Paneer, green peas and other ingredients are added to make this tasty kuruma

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Paneer cut in square pieces
  • 1 tsp Poppy seeds(Kuskus ground, Kuskus
  • 2 nos Onions chopped
  • 2 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 2-3 nos Green chilly
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup Green peas cooked
  • 3/4 cups Thick coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • For preparing paneer - green peas kuruma, cook kuskus, onions, cardamom, green chilly, ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder in 2 cups of water. Let it cool.
  • Grind this mixture in mixy to get a paste.
  • Cook the green peas, paneer and this paste with 3/4 cups of coconut milk and salt for 10 min in low flame.
  • Add the coriander leaves to it and remove it from the flame.
  • Paneer-green peas kuruma is ready. Serve hot.
