Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Radish chopped, Mulangi
  • 1 cup Split bengal gram fried, Kadala parippu
  • 2 nos Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 piece Raw tamarind
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 12 nos Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 nos Red chillies
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing radish gojju, grind radish, split bengal gram, tomatoes, coconut, green chilies, turmeric powder, tamarind, coriander leaves, 1 red chilly and salt with some water.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds, mustard seeds, 1 red chilly and the paste made above for 2 minutes by stirring continuously.
  • Garnish with curry leaves.
  • Radish gojju is ready. Serve hot.
