Tasty Mint Chutney
Mint leaves and other ingredients are added to make this chutney

- 1 cup Mint leaves chopped, Pudhina ela
- 1 tsp Garlic crushed
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger sliced
- 4 nos Green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Split black gram Uzhunnu parippu
- 1 tsp Split bengal gram Kadala parippu
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cumin powder jeeraka podi
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Salt As reqd
For preparing mint chutney, heat oil in a pan and sautT onion, ginger and garlic till they are golden brown in color.
Then add green chillies, coconut, split black gram and split bengal gram. Cook till they are done. keep it aside for 5-10 min.
Grind lemon juice, cumin powder, salt and the prepared masala to make a smooth paste.
Mint chutney is ready. Serve with dosa, idly, etc.
