Mixed Vegetable Curry - Baby Food(1.5-2 Years)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Daal cooked
  • Ghee As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Carrot grated
  • 1 tbsp Beet root grated
  • 1/2 of Potato chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 of Tomato finely chopped
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1 no Green chilly slit, optional
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mixed vegetable curry, first boil the vegetables together and keep aside with the remaining water.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add garlic and fry.
  • Add tomato and saute well.
  • Add turmeric powder, green chilly, salt and cooked vegetables with remaining water.
  • Let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cooked daal and cover it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Mixed vegetable curry for kids is ready.
  • Serve it with rice/chappathi.
  • Can be preserved in fridge for 2 days.
