For preparing mixed vegetable curry, first boil the vegetables together and keep aside with the remaining water.
Heat ghee in a pan, add garlic and fry.
Add tomato and saute well.
Add turmeric powder, green chilly, salt and cooked vegetables with remaining water.
Let it boil for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked daal and cover it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Mixed vegetable curry for kids is ready.
Serve it with rice/chappathi.
Can be preserved in fridge for 2 days.
