Fish And Raw Mango Salad
Fish fillets are marinated and fried, then mixed in a tasty mango salad

- 1 no Raw mango grated
- 1/2 kg Fish fillets
- 7 nos Lime leaves
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 2 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 6 nos Bird eye chillies Kanthari mulagu
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Olive oil As reqd
- 1/2 cup Corn flour
- Salt As reqd
For preparing fish and raw mango salad, cut the fish into long strips.
Marinate with salt and pepper and dust it with corn flour.
Deep fry the fish in oil and drain the excess oil on an absorbent paper.
Mix raw mango, coriander leaves, lime leaves, onion, pepper, chillies, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
Add the fried fish and toss.
Fish and raw mango salad is ready. Garnish with lime wedges and lime leaves.
