Jal Jeera
A nutritious recipe with a touch of cumin seeds and other ingredients

- 2 tbsp Cumin seeds roasted and powdered, Jeerakam
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves paste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves paste
- 1 tbsp Dried mango powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Black salt
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
For preparing jal jeera, mix cumin seeds, mint leaves paste, sugar, coriander leaves paste, dried mango powder, black salt and lemon juice in a jar.
Add 5 cups of cold water and stir till all the ingredients are well blended.
Garnish with mint leaves.
Jal jeera is ready. Serve chilled.
