Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Potato cut into cubes
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 3 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Salt A s reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Easy Potato Masala Curry, heat a kadai and add coconut, coriander and chilly powder.
  • Fry till color changes.
  • When cool, grind it and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry cumin seeds, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder.
  • Add the ground coconut paste and salt. Saute the masala well.
  • Add potato pieces and add little water and cook them in pressure cooker.
  • A good Easy Potato Masala Curry recipe is ready. Suitable with chapathi/idly.
