Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1 no Bell pepper chopped
  • 1 no Fresh green chilly finally chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 6 nos Garlic chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • For preparing shrimp bhuna, prepare a marinade of yoghurt, garam masala, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and lime juice. Add shrimps to the marinade and leave aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, bell peppers and tomato. Fry for few minutes.
  • Add the marinated shrimps and cook it till the shrimps are done by adding required water. Make it a semi thick gravy. Decorate the shrimps with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Tasty shrimp bhuna is ready.
