Yummy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmathi rice soaked and drained
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 nos Egg beaten
  • 6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot chopped
  • 1/2 cup Beans chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh green peas
  • 2 nos Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 1 no Cardamom Elakka
  • 2 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilly Sauce
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Ajino moto(optional) A pinch
  • Oil As reqd
  • Coriander leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing egg fried rice, first boil water with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
  • Add required salt and rice into it.
  • When cooked, keep this aside.
  • Heat little oil in a pan, add beaten egg and a pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble it and keep aside.
  • Heat little more oil and fry garlic chopped, onion, green chillies and vegetables.
  • Fry for little time. Add capsicum and fry it again. When the vegetables are half done, add soy sauce, chilly sauce, ajino moto(optional), salt and pepper.
  • Add little water and cook it.
  • When masala is done, add rice and mix well.
  • Now add the scrambled egg and mix well.
  • Decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
