For preparing egg fried rice, first boil water with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Add required salt and rice into it.
When cooked, keep this aside.
Heat little oil in a pan, add beaten egg and a pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble it and keep aside.
Heat little more oil and fry garlic chopped, onion, green chillies and vegetables.
Fry for little time. Add capsicum and fry it again. When the vegetables are half done, add soy sauce, chilly sauce, ajino moto(optional), salt and pepper.
Add little water and cook it.
When masala is done, add rice and mix well.
Now add the scrambled egg and mix well.
Decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
