Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Kappa/tapioca cut and boiled
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 4 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1 no Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kerala kappa thoran, first cook the tapioca and keep aside.
  • Roughly grind onion, garlic and dry red chillies and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add the ground onion paste and fry it with required salt.
  • Now add tapioca pieces and coat well.
  • Finally add coconut grated into it.
  • Mix well. Kerala kappa thoran is ready.
