Vegetable Stir Fry With White Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • For preparing vegetable stir fry with white sauce, first cut all the vegetables into dice shaped.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add all purpose flour and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Immediately pour milk and stir it. While thickening, add salt and pepper. Keep this sauce aside.
  • Heat little butter in another pan, fry garlic chopped and add the vegetables.
  • Fry for 5 minutes then add sauce and mix well.
  • Vegetable stir fry with white sauce is ready.
