For preparing tasty mutton kadai, first clean and drain the mutton pieces.
Marinate the pieces with onion paste, tomato paste, green chilly paste, ginger-garlic paste and required salt.
Cook mutton in pressure cooker with required salt.
Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, onion and saute for 5 minutes.
Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and little salt.
When the masala turns dark in color add the cooked mutton pieces and fry well.
Fry till the oil comes out.
Add curry leaves and saute well.
Tasty mutton kadai is ready.
