  • For preparing tasty mutton kadai, first clean and drain the mutton pieces.
  • Marinate the pieces with onion paste, tomato paste, green chilly paste, ginger-garlic paste and required salt.
  • Cook mutton in pressure cooker with required salt.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, onion and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and little salt.
  • When the masala turns dark in color add the cooked mutton pieces and fry well.
  • Fry till the oil comes out.
  • Add curry leaves and saute well.
  • Tasty mutton kadai is ready.
