- Mutton - 1 kg
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Onion paste - 1 cup
- Tomato paste - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies paste - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- garlic(chopped) - 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- For preparing tasty mutton kadai, first clean and drain the mutton pieces.
- Cook mutton in pressure cooker with required salt.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, onion and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and little salt.
- When the masala turns dark in color add the cooked mutton pieces and fry well.
- Fry till the oil comes out.
- Add curry leaves and saute well.
- Tasty mutton kadai is ready.
