Make a semi hard dough with all purpose flour, salt and water. Keep this aside.
Shred the cooked chicken with fork or food processor and keep this aside.
Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies. To this add shredded chicken, grated coconut and saute again.
Now add garam masala and curry leaves. Add required salt and mix well. Keep this aside.
Make small balls out of the dough. Roll them out like rotis and stuff the chicken filling.
Make into a half moon shape. Seal the edges with a touch of water and twist the edges around the kozhiyada. Deep fry till golden brown.
