Jaggery Dosa - Sweet Dosa

Different types of flours are mixed with jaggery

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour Aripodi
  • 1/4 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 3 tsp Semolina Rawa
  • 1/4 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 cup Jaggery Sharkara
  • 2 nos Green cardamom finely powdered, Elakka
  • Ghee As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing jaggery dosa, melt jaggery in 2 cups of boiling water and allow it to cool.
  • Combine wheat flour, rice flour, rava, maida, cardamom, and coconut with the melted jaggery to make a fine batter.
  • Spread a ladle full of the above batter on a hot non-stick pan and put 1 tsp of ghee around it.
  • Let it cook on this side for a few minutes, and then turn over to the other side, and put 1 tsp of ghee around it.
  • Wait till the dosa turns brown. Remove from the flame.
  • Jaggery dosa is ready.
