Fry gram flour for 4-5 minutes. Sieve and set aside
Fry sooji till golden in color.
Fry rice flour and wheat flour separately till aroma comes, sieve and set aside.
Grind the coconut in a mixer.
Mix all the flours, sooji, milk and coconut. Keep aside.
In a heavy bottomed pan, boil 2 cups of water, add sugar and stir well.
When the sugar syrup starts boiling, add the flour mixture and stir continuously, adding ghee.
When the burfy gets separated from the sides of the pan, remove from fire and transfer the ingredient to a greased plate.
Spread it evenly, and after 2 minutes make squares.
After 5 minutes separate the squares.
