Fried rice with vegetables and egg - Simple Fried Rice

- 2 cups Basmati Rice
- 2 nos Onion chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Peas Cooked A handful
- 3 nos Carrot chopped
- 15 g Beans chopped
- Coriander leaves Few
- 4 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp White vinegar
- Salt As required
- 2 tsp Butter
- 3 nos Cloves
- 3 nos Cardamom
- 1 no Cinnamon sticks
- 2 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 nos Egg beaten
Cook the rice in salt water with cloves, cardamom, cinnamon. Drain and keep it aside.
Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger-garlic paste, peas, carrots, beans , Pepper powder. Add beaten eggs stir well until cooked.
Add soy sauce and white vinegar stir well. Mix cooked rice to the vegetable.
4)Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
