Ingredients
- Basmati rice - 2 cups
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Peas Cooked(A handful) -
- Carrot(chopped) - 3 nos
- Beans(chopped) - 15 g
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Soy sauce - 4 tsp
- White vinegar - 2 tsp
- Salt(As required) -
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Cloves - 3 nos
- Cardamom - 3 nos
- Cinnamon sticks - 1 no
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Egg(beaten) - 2 nos

Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger-garlic paste, peas, carrots, beans , Pepper powder. Add beaten eggs stir well until cooked.
- Add soy sauce and white vinegar stir well. Mix cooked rice to the vegetable. 4)Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
