Fried rice with vegetables and egg - Simple Fried Rice

  • 2 cups Basmati Rice
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Peas Cooked A handful
  • 3 nos Carrot chopped
  • 15 g Beans chopped
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 4 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp White vinegar
  • Salt As required
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 3 nos Cloves
  • 3 nos Cardamom
  • 1 no Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 nos Egg beaten


  • Cook the rice in salt water with cloves, cardamom, cinnamon. Drain and keep it aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger-garlic paste, peas, carrots, beans , Pepper powder. Add beaten eggs stir well until cooked.
  • Add soy sauce and white vinegar stir well. Mix cooked rice to the vegetable. 4)Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
