Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cocunut grated
  • 6 nos Shallots
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 5 nos Green Chillies
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Mustard seeds Few
  • 2 nos Dry red chillies
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind cocunut, half shallots, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves together.
  • Heat oil in a tawa, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies.
  • Pour the grinded cocunut mixture to the tawa, add enough salt.
  • Serve with dosa/idly.
