Instructions
Grind cocunut, half shallots, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves together.
Heat oil in a tawa, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies.
Pour the grinded cocunut mixture to the tawa, add enough salt.
Serve with dosa/idly.
