- Cocunut(grated) - 1 cup
- Shallots - 6 nos
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Mustard seeds(Few) -
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Grind cocunut, half shallots, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves together.
- Heat oil in a tawa, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies.
- Pour the grinded cocunut mixture to the tawa, add enough salt.
- Serve with dosa/idly.
