Instructions
Wash long beans and cut into small size.
Roughly grind(chathakkuka) shallots, garlic cloves, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Splutter mustard seeds in oil and the ground ingredients and saute it.
Add long beans and stir well. Add salt and cook well.
Serve with rice.
