Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Long beans Achinga
  • 4 nos Shallots
  • 3 nos Garlic cloves
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 6 nos Dry red chillies
  • Mustard seeds Few
  • Salt As req
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash long beans and cut into small size.
  • Roughly grind(chathakkuka) shallots, garlic cloves, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Splutter mustard seeds in oil and the ground ingredients and saute it.
  • Add long beans and stir well. Add salt and cook well.
  • Serve with rice.
