- Long beans(Achinga) - 1/2 kg
- Shallots - 4 nos
- Garlic cloves - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Dry red chillies - 6 nos
- Mustard seeds(Few) -
- Salt(As req) -
- Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Wash long beans and cut into small size.
- Roughly grind(chathakkuka) shallots, garlic cloves, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Splutter mustard seeds in oil and the ground ingredients and saute it.
- Add long beans and stir well. Add salt and cook well.
- Serve with rice.
