Chilly Chicken In Chinese Style Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken Breast
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 no Green capsicum
  • 1 no Red capsicum
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp White vinegar
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 can Chicken broth
  • 4 tsp Corn flour
  • 2 nos Egg
  • Oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chilly chicken in Chinese style, first wash, clean and cut the chicken breasts.
  • Mix corn flour, vinegar, half quantity of all the sauces(soy, chilly, tomato) and add beaten eggs. Add salt if required.
  • Add chicken and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry marinated chicken pieces to a golden brown color. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan and saute onion, green chilly, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste and all the remaining sauces(soy, chilly and tomato).
  • Add the chicken broth and let it thicken.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Serve with chappathi/naan.
